Location:  Miami, FL (Remote) – Travel 25%

Position Summary:

IT Data Solutions (ITDS) is looking for a UKG Ready TLM Consultant to join our Human Capital Solutions practice. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Ready Time & Labor Management solutions for our clients, enabling them to manage employee time tracking, scheduling, and compliance with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of UKG Ready TLM implementations.
• Configure time clocks, timesheets, pay rules, rounding, meal/break rules, and scheduling.
• Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Support testing, validation, training, and post-implementation support.
• Advise clients on compliance with labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR-Benefits consultants to ensure an integrated approach.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with Time & Labor systems, including 2+ years of UKG Ready TLM.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws, union rules, and workforce scheduling.
• Experience with complex pay rule configurations and compliance audits.
• Ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage multiple implementations.
• UKG Ready TLM certification is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with agile project management practices and tools is a plus..
