Position Summary:

IT Data Solutions (ITDS) is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable UKG Ready Payroll Consultant to join our growing Human Capital Solutions team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG Ready Payroll solutions for our clients. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs, ensure compliance, and deliver customized, effective payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UKG Ready Payroll implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Analyze client payroll requirements and recommend best-practice configurations.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure successful setup.
• Provide training and support to client teams on UKG Ready Payroll processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, TLM, and Benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and consulting, with at least 2 years in UKG Ready Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, wage and hour compliance, and payroll accounting.
• Experience in system configuration and client training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• UKG Ready Payroll certification is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with agile project management practices and tools is a plus.
