Position Summary:

IT Data Solutions (ITDS) is seeking a UKG Ready HR-Benefits Consultant to join our Human Capital Solutions team. This role focuses on implementing and supporting HR and Benefits modules within UKG Ready to improve workforce management, benefits administration, and employee engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR and Benefits module implementations and enhancements.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, life events, and open enrollment workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Train and support HR teams on system functionality and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Integrate HR/Benefits with Payroll and TLM systems for seamless data flow.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or benefits administration, with at least 3 years in UKG Ready.
• Strong understanding of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) solutions and human capital management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, ACA reporting, and open enrollment processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading UKG Ready HR/Benefits implementations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with agile project management practices and tools is a plus.
