Patty Haines

Patty Haines is the Senior Data Architect of IT Data Solutions, a SBA 8(a) small business which offers expert Information Technology (IT) consulting services, staffing, and tools for implementation in any industry. IT Data Solutions provides strategic IT solutions to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and streamline processes.

Ms. Haines provides expertise in areas including data governance, data quality, metadata, data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, master data management, project management, and the facilitation of user requirements. She mentors companies on how to design, build, and use data warehouse / business intelligence environments – along with providing assessments, advice, and strategies for all stages of DW/BI projects. She provides advice and direction on building and managing organizations for development, maintenance, and data governance activities.

Ms. Haines’ focus on the user community is one of her strengths – ensuring data is transformed into information that provides business value and an intuitive navigational process is implemented for the business community. She works with business and IT organizations to develop strategies and processes for providing accurate and understandable information, using governance for data, business definitions and rules, quality and presentation of data.

Ms. Haines participates in The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI) writing articles and judging the Best Practice annual awards. She served as a faculty member at TDWI providing courses to numerous companies and industries through onsite education services.
