Job Summary:

As the Adobe Audience Manager subject matter expert, the Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) Analyst candidate will combine strategic guidance and technical implementation to achieve business objectives and marketing roadmaps and milestones.

The Analyst will focus daily efforts on the aggregation of first-, second-, & third-party audience data, segmentation, activation, and reporting across CRM, paid display, paid social, and paid search marketing efforts.  Broadly, the role requires the candidate to understand the importance data plays in campaign planning and activation, as well as help business partners plan and manage their audiences more effectively through the use of mar-tech, such as DMPs.

Job Responsibilities:

Gather business partner’s marketing requirements and develop scalable, sustainable tactical implementations and business roadmaps involving customized solutions and technical implementation strategies, including the creation of traits and segments, and the onboarding process of segments to third-party vendors.

Provide strategic guidance in marketing business objectives, requirements, key performance indicators (KPI), and other cross-functional and/or technical requirements (e.g., Adobe Analytics SDR, Reporting/Dashboard requirements, etc.).

Support business resources – both internal and third-party business partners – to implement, integrate, and execute marketing objectives in a timely manner.

Produce reporting and content aligned to client’s digital advertising KPI’s and facilitate the reporting and analysis activities with client resources.

Proactively communicate and align expectations with business partners and third-party vendors throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Consult and educate business partners on best practices and use-cases specific to the business requirements.

Job Requirements:

Experience working within Adobe Audience Manager.

Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).

3+ years of experience in marketing technology-related field.

In-depth knowledge of many aspects of digital marketing (CRM, Paid Search, Retargeting, Mobile, etc.).

Well-versed in web language, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.

Solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies.

Solid understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices.

Ability to document use-case, business requirements, functional documentation, technical specifications, and solutions diagraming.

Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset to customer success.

Methodological project management approach using Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative process.
